Read the takedown pipeline
Every takedown series on a project merged into one calendar, banded by date, with planned against closed.
A takedown is a builder buying lots on an agreed cadence. A real deal usually runs more than one series at once, with independent counters, and the interesting events are the collisions between them: two closings landing on the same date, or a shared deposit pool spent in the order the takes actually happen.
This page merges every series into one calendar and bands it by date. The budget tab renders the same agreements one panel per product, which is the right shape for editing a schedule's own cadence and pricing, and the wrong shape for reading what happens next.
Planned, closed and banked
Three counts sit on each row and they mean different things. Planned is the quota for the period. Closed is what actually happened. Banked is the carry forward, which is how a period whose quota was absorbed by an earlier bulk take is distinguished from one nobody has touched.
Pricing and who sees it
The dates and the quantities are schedule data. The pricing behind a series is money data and sits on its own record, so a reader with schedule access and no money access gets the whole pipeline and no figures. That is deliberate: a builder's release prices are not part of knowing when lots come off.
Who can
- Schedule & dates at view or better: anyone who can see the schedule.
How to
The step-by-step walkthrough for this page comes from the in-app guide, which is not on this release yet. Everything above describes what the screen does and who can open it.

Known limits
Nothing on this page is entered here. Planned, closed and banked are read from the schedule as it stands, and a take is edited on the agreement it belongs to, under the budget tab.
