Read one project's trends

How spend accumulated against plan, how the work is finishing against its rate, where the slip falls, and what it comes to per lot.

The other tabs hold the registers. This page holds the shapes none of them can show: how spend accumulated against the plan and against the lender's money, how the work is finishing against the rate it was meant to, where the slip actually falls, and how long the lender takes to fund.

Nothing here is a number the ledgers do not already hold. The page arranges, it does not estimate, and where it has to lay a plan it says which one it used.

Per-lot figures

Several readings here are per lot, which needs a lot count. Where the count has not been set the page asks for it rather than guessing, because a per-lot figure derived from a guessed denominator is worse than no figure.

Who can

  • Schedule & dates at view or better: anyone who can see the schedule.

Levels are set per person in Settings and people. What each level means.

How to

The step-by-step walkthrough for this page comes from the in-app guide, which is not on this release yet. Everything above describes what the screen does and who can open it.

Known limits

A curve needs history to have a shape. On a young project, or one whose costs have not been pulled yet, the trends are thin and the health readings say so rather than drawing a confident line through two points.
