Every page in this help center covers one screen in the app. It says what the screen is for, who can open it, what you do there, and where it connects.

The pages are grouped the way the product is: the workspace you land in, the projects under it, the schedule that dates everything, the money that pays for it, and the records that prove it happened. Start wherever you are.

What you can read without signing in

All of it. These pages are public, and nothing here shows a real deal. Every figure and every name in a screenshot comes from the sample project every workspace is seeded with.

What you see inside the app is narrower than what you can read here. Access is assigned per class and per level, so a page you can read about may be a screen you cannot open. The roles page is the table of what each level means.
