Set up the workspace
What the workspace assumes, meaning storage, filing and holidays, and what reaches you, meaning the digest.
Settings is two groups on one page. The first is what the workspace assumes: document storage, filing folders, and the holiday calendar the schedule counts business days against. Those are workspace-wide. The second is what reaches you, which is the weekly digest, and that is set per person. Billing sits above both as a row of its own.
Every row reads as it stands and opens to be changed. Closed, a row is a title, a status and one line of summary. Open, it is the form. Rows open themselves when they need you, so an unconnected storage account or a lapsed grant is already open when you arrive.
Document storage and filing folders
The storage connection is the account PadFlow reads documents from. It is granted once, for the whole workspace, and its state is also reported on the sync page.
Filing folders are the folder names a project's register expects to find. They are workspace-wide so that every deal is filed the same way, and a project maps its own folder to them.
Holidays
Holidays are a set rather than a register. What matters at a glance is the next one and how far the set reaches, so that is the summary. Open the row and the days that have already passed are folded away, with the rest in columns by year.
The set is what business-day offsets on a schedule are counted against, so a missing holiday is a date that lands a day early.
The weekly digest
The digest row is your own. Opting out changes what is sent to you and changes nothing for anybody else. What the message contains is on the digest page.
How to
The step-by-step walkthrough for this page comes from the in-app guide, which is not on this release yet. Everything above describes what the screen does and who can open it.

Known limits
Reading this page needs nothing beyond being in the workspace. Changing anything on it needs settings at edit, and without that the rows read and do not open to a form.
The connection to a storage account has not been run end to end against a live drive. Attaching one is the first thing to do in a new workspace, and it is the path with the least mileage on it.
