Read budgets across the workspace
One row per project: its budget, what has been spent against it, the loan facility behind it, and the borrower's share.
The portfolio budget page is one row per project and four facts on each row. The budget is the working ledger, which is the developer's own cost codes. Spent is what has been billed against that ledger. Facility is the loan committed to the project, and position is what the two come to together.
Budget and facility are deliberately different numbers. A project has a budget before it has a lender, and an all-equity deal never gets one, so nothing on this page waits on a loan to exist. Where the budget is larger than the facility, the difference is the borrower's share, which is the number this page exists to name.
The same tab inside a project
Selecting a project and staying on Budget opens the same ledger for that project alone, with its cost codes, its financing and its invoice register. The vocabulary is the same on both sides on purpose.
Who can
- Money at view redacted or better: anyone who can track budget status without seeing amounts.
