Audit what PadFlow filed on its own

Every document filing has handled, where it went, what sent it, and how sure PadFlow was.

A document that clears the confidence bar is filed straight into a folder and asks nobody anything. That is the right default. A register that stopped to ask about every arrival would be a register nobody kept up with. It also means the filings least reviewed by a person are the ones nothing would otherwise show you.

This is the log of those, and of everything else filing has done: one row per document, newest first, across every project you can see.

What each row says

Filed at is when the document joined the register, on the workspace's clock.

Source is what put it there. Email, an upload, a sync from storage, or a split out of a combined PDF.

Folder is where it went. A document filed at the root of the project's own folder says so in words rather than leaving the column blank, because the root is an answer and a blank is not.

Confidence is what the classifier recorded about its own reading, as a number. The bar it was measured against is printed at the top of the page and comes from the workspace's storage connection, so a number you are reading today can be compared against the bar that applied when the document arrived.

Status is what happened next: filed on PadFlow's own judgement, queued for somebody, confirmed by a person, or ruled out.

For an email arrival the row also names the address that sent it, under the filename. That is the audit question people actually ask, and no other screen answers it.

Filtering

Source, status, project and a date range. The dates are your workspace's calendar days, not UTC ones, so a document filed at nine in the evening is on the day you would say it was. A filtered view is an ordinary link. Send it to somebody and they see the same rows, subject to their own access.

What this page will not do

It changes nothing. There is no re-file and no re-classify here, because both already exist in the review queue, where the document's own context is on the screen beside them. A log that edits the history above it is a log that stops being one.
